What we collect

When you send a request, we store what you filled in: your name, contact details, field and degree, a description of the request and, if you attached one, a file. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to handle the request.

Why and how we use it

The information is used only to get back to you, match an expert and give you a quote. For that, the details of your request may be passed to an expert or professional service provider who fits the request, and only after you agreed to this in the form. We won't use your details for marketing without separate consent.

Counting visits

We count how many times each page is viewed per day, and which campaign link a visit came from (utm parameters). No IP address, no visitor ID, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. The campaign is kept only in the session cookie the site needs anyway, so we can tell which link brought a request.

Files

Files you attach are seen only by whoever handles the request, and are deleted when the work ends or when you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, by contacting us.

Academic integrity

MetodaLab provides support, guidance, analysis, editing, translation and mentoring. The service is not meant for preparing work to be submitted in the student's name, and we don't accept such requests. It is your responsibility to follow the rules of the institution where you study.
